FAQ

Question: I cannot hear any sound in iReadMusic so what's the issue?

Answer: As of version 1.4 of iReadMusic there are three possible reasons you cannot hear sound:

  1. You have turn off sound on the settings page. You can tell if this is the case because the speaker icon on each game screen will have a red slash through it. Go to the settings page and turn the sound back on and you should then be able to hear the sound.
  2. The silent switch on the side of the iPhone has been set to silent. If the silent switch is set then no sound will be emitted from iReadMusic. Simply flip silent switch to ring and you should be able to hear sound again.
  3. The volume is turned off or is really low. Turn up the volume on the side of the iPhone/iPod touch. If you are blocking the speaker with your hand the sound will be at a significantly lower level. Also if you have headphone plugged in the sound will be routed to the headphones.
