We just submitted version 1.4 of iReadMusic for Apple's approval today. Major new features of this release include:
- Added the ability to configure the starting fret
- Added a freestyle play mode where you can play notes on the instrument and see the corresponding note on the musical staff
- New electric guitar sound file
- No longer need to install sound files (all instruments are now pre-installed)
- Added an optional training mode where the answers are given to help the initial learning process
- Added an option for the fretboard to be displayed on the top of the screen
- Fixed the crash that caused phone to reset as well as several other stability enhancements
Keep the suggestions coming and we'll continue to strive to make iReadMusic an even better learning tool.
